The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Case No. 12C2 of 2009 for the offences registered under Section 47(a) (f) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of 2008 and now after lapse of 8 years petitioner has been charge sheeted and no non-bailable warrant was ever issued. The non-bailable warrant came to be issued only in the month of May, 2016 and thus, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
