The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakai P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 354B, 452, 380, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that in this case, after investigation, police has submitted chargesheet under bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code and as such, the present petition is not maintainable.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected as same is not maintainable.
