ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and the responsibility is upon him to save his wife and that the death has occurred on account of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.
