2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and his accused of killing his wife by strangulating her.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2025 and during investigation, it has come that the deceased was seen with one Rakesh Tanti by the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner and the deceased had fought and due to the same, the deceased has committed suicide.

5. Considering the fact of the case and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Ballia P.S.
