There is already a Division Bench's order, directing the Vigilance Department, Government of Bihar to enquire into all those candidates, who are working as Panchayat Teachers on false and fake degrees.
Submission of the counsel for the petitioners is that many a candidates, who have been allowed to continue or work in the capacity of a Panchayat Teacher, who are working on a basis of fake and fraudulent degree.
Since vigilance enquiry is already on, there is a better place to enquire into these matters.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4914 of 2014 dt.23-02-2016 3/3 Let the petitioners provide adequate materials, inputs and evidence in this regard for them to make an enquiry and come out with a finding in this regard.
This writ application stands disposed off with finding that if the allegation is found to be correct, law will take its course or else if they are exonerated from it, then again, law will take its course. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) SKM/- U
