Mr. Sinha seeks modification of the order dated 28.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38634 of 2020 to the extent that Imamganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 be read as Imamganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020.

The order dated 28.04.2021 is thus modified to the extent that Imamganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 be read as 'Imamganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020'. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the petitioners before the court below is also allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51445 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 The order is modified to the extent that if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a further period of four weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 28.04.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
