Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution, deceased was called by the accused Nand Kishore Pandit on 01.03.2020 at about 7:30 P.M. and whereafter he was traceless. Subsequently, his dead body was recovered. During investigation, it has transpired that it is a case of honour killing and the petitioner along with other accused persons have killed the deceased.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today.
