JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 04-10-2017 In spite of the specific order passed on 9.8.2006 the petitioner has not bothered to carry out the changes directed by this Court and in spite of the time being granted since more than 11 years nothing has been done.

In view of the above, we see no reason to keep the matter pending now.

If any cause of action survives to the petitioner for

With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, finding no reason for granting any further time to rectify the defects pointed out by the office in compliance of the order dated 9.8.2006, this petition stands dismissed.
