The petitioner is accused in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 234 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Chhabindra Singh @ Panjabi Singh and Sanjay Singh have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 28371 of 2017 and 21856 of 2017 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
