JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is cousin mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is elder Gotni of the deceased.

The allegation against the petitioners is that due to non- fulfillment of demand of dowry they killed the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no concern with the family of the deceased and

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand0 with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Santosh Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(20 Cr.P.C.
