The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short is that while the informant was unloading the vegetables from the auto, his two sisters were found to be eloped.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-02-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no other substantive evidence to suggest that the victim girls were abducted by the petitioner. There is no evidence to show that the victims were taken away by the petitioner forcibly.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 625 of 2018.
