Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 225 of 2020 for the offence under sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA)25, (1-B)/26(1)(2)/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that during search some unfinished and finished fire arms were recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner was involved in the trade of illicit fire arms.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. He was not apprehended at the spot and his name was disclosed by the co-accused. Nothing was recovered

The petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2020. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he was not apprehended at the spot and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-5th, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul P.S.
