2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 302, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that other co-accused persons namely Sanjay Yadav, Upendra Yadav and Bhola Yadav have already been granted bail vide order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79335 of 2023.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2024.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023.
