1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.28 of 2015 registered under Section 354 (A), 354C, 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute. The petitioners and the informant are agnates and subsequently the parties filed a compromise petition and both the parties had appeared in court and submitted that they have compromised the case.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46803 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 case, it is directed that the petitioners, (1) Amzad Mansuri, (2) Afsar Mansuri, (3) Salma Khatoon and (4) Akram Mansuri, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No.28 of 2015, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
