The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant on promise of marriage. When the informant got pregnant, then this petitioner caused burn injuries by pouring Kerosene Oil. Subsequently, the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 03.03.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 13.06.2015 and the injury report as well as post-mortem report are not on record.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44770 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 Considering the nature of accusation alleged by the victim, who is informant of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
