The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petition dated 18.02.2020 and 12.03.2020 which have been filed before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chapra are not being disposed of.

It is surprising that the aforesaid petitions were filed wayback in February and March, 2020 and the same are still being kept pending by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chapra.

The District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran at Chapra is directed to dispose of the aforesaid two applications within five weeks from today after hearing the petitioner. Till disposal of the applications of the petitioner, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15975 of 2021(3) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 structures over R.S. Plot No. 109 and 133, Khata No. 204 and 71 respectively in village Murthan, P.S. Sonepur shall not be disturbed.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
