2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bounsi PS Case No. 53 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. 8.970 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact recovery has been made from
