ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/120(B)/385/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against other accused persons and not against this petitioner. The petitioner is the director of a construction company and as such, only to put pressure on him, the allegations regarding threat have been saddled in the present petition. He further submits that the main allegation regarding the dispute with regard to sale and purchase of land is on the accused Nos. 2 to 5. The said dispute can well be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27683 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Chapra, in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 154/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
