2. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset very fairly submitted that the petitioner has also moved for seeking quashing of the FIR and the learned coordinate Bench after hearing the learned counsel for the parties was pleased to stay the arrest of the petitioner by order dated 20.06.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.37462 of 2023. The learned counsel, thus, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to move at an appropriate stage, if required.
