====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No. 26 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 337, 338, 341, 379, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner gave Farsa blow over the head of the uncle (Khurshid) of the informant and on the instigation of this petitioner; Sadare Alam set the house on fire of the informant.

Submission is that only allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting Khurshid but no allegation against him of setting fire in the house of the informant; whereas learned counsel for the informant submits that grievous head injury was caused by the petitioner over the head of Khurshid and he is in critical condition.
