The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 114 of 2019, dated 14.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the

The accusation against the petitioner is solely based on suspicion and that also because of the relationship existing between her and the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Apart from this, it has been submitted that the deceased actually died because of some complications arising out of pregnancy but somehow or the other, on a wrong advice, the present case has been lodged. Even the extended family members of the husband of the deceased have been made accused in this case.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 114 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.805 of 2021(2) dt.01-07-2021 3/3 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
