The petitioner being the uncle of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is separate from the husband of the victim and the accusation is omnibus and general. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51185 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
