2. The present writ petition has got a chequered history. The writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 19.05.2017 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The same was restored vide M.J.C. No. 1682 of 2017.

3. Subsequently, the writ petition was again dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 27.07.2018 by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17012 of 2010(6) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The same was again restored vide M.J.C. No. 1534 of 2019.

4. When the matter was called out on 07.07.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ petition. However, in the interest of justice, the matter was directed to be listed on 13.07.2026, as a last indulgence.

5. Today also when the matter has been called out, none appears for the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
