ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 02-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the date of custody could not be mentioned in the petition. He seeks permission to correct the same in the petition. Permission granted to remove the defect in course of the day.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 (G.R. No. - 958/2010)lodged under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the informant has lodged this F.I.R. alleging allegation against 7 named accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42423 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/3 that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with the son of the petitioner with whom 2 daughters and one son blessed. The allegation of continuous abuse by the in-laws of her daughter is there for demand of money. It has been alleged that on 01.04.2020, the named accused persons including petitioner have killed the daughter of the informant and threaten to the informant Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2022 having clean antecedent. On merit, he submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is nothing specific only suspicion has been casted against all the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the petitioner is a mother-inlaw and husband is in custody. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No. 958/2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
