2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Bharti (daughter of informant) and Raushan (son of informant) by means of Khanti (iron rod). Doctor has found simple injury. There is delay of 17 days in lodging the F.I.R. Similarly situated three accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13211 of 2024. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.129 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
