The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 115, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 27th February, 2017. As per the statements made on affidavit in para-3 of the petition, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.2.2017, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35576 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 district- Samastipur or the successor Court in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
