Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. case no. 841of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149,323, 324, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of making three firing on the informant along with co accused Golu Sah. The informant was hit by one firing on his ear as a result of which he has sustained bleeding injury. Case diary has been received. Learned APP after looking into the case diary has submitted that witnesses have supported the case in the case diary and the fire arm injury has also been

From para 3 of the bail petition, it appears that one another case is also pending against this petitioner for the offence under Sections 353, 307 of the IPC and Section 25(1B), 26,27 and 35 of Arms Act. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
