Patna High Court CWJC No.15159 of 2015 dt.28-06-2016 2/2 with a direction upon the respondents, especially the Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Bihar to initiate the process for consideration for grant of promotion to all such eligible persons, who are entitled to promotion in terms of the rules contained in Annexure- 8, including the present petitioner, if he fulfils the requirements within a reasonable time frame.
