2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 830 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The complainant has filed the present complaint in 2023 for the alleged occurrence of 2018 alleging that the petitioner had cheated Rs. 3,25000/- from the complainant for getting him agency of Hindustan Lever.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42533 of 2025(5) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 this case. It is further submitted that earlier also, two more complaints were filed by the complainant against the same petitioners in which there is no mention of this allegation.

5. Learned counsel for the State and complaint have opposed the bail application of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gopalganj/ concerned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 830 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/ Section 482 of the BNSS.
