16-01-2015 Heard Sri Sarvadeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 6. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 19-07-2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12268 of 2012.

I have perused the order of the writ court, which is at Annexure '1'. On going through the same, the Court is satisfied that it is not a case of contempt.
