2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12255 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to communication gap the petitioners could not be made aware of the order granting anticipatory bail and hence could not surrender and furnishing bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 17.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12255 of 2016 stands modified only to the extent that the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds is extended by further period of four weeks from today. This petition stands disposed.
