2.The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Jatahu Sah and Subodh Sah assaulted informant's brother-in-law Ram Jash Sah with dab on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is alleged to have facilitated the alleged offence by catching hold of the hands of informant's brother-in-law and no overt act has been alleged against him. Said co-accused Subodh Sah has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 26865/2021. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.3.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Motihari, East Champaran in Patahi Police Station Case No. 139 of 2020.
