JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 No one appears for the petitioner. Mr. Vivek Anand Amritesh, learned AC to SC-28 for the State is present. Challenge in this writ application is to order as contained in Memo No. 95 dated 18.01.2003 (Annexure '6') whereby the service of the petitioner was terminated stating that he was posted as Pharmacist at the Additional Primary Health Centre, Saharbalwa, Madhubani on the basis of a forged appointment letter.

This writ application has been filed after 8 years. The petitioner has not at all explained the huge delay of 8 years in filing of the writ application that too in a matter where he was terminated on the ground of his posting on the basis of a forged

In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

This writ application is dismissed.
