The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 308, 504, 506 /34 of Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that petitioner was the driver of J.C.B. and informant is Munshi of the contractor, since there was some differences on false

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32039 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 accusation the present F.I.R. has been lodged, whereas from perusal of the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order the Court is of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
