2. The present application has been filed for quashing the cognizance order dated 20.04.2007 as well as order dated 10.12.2007,reiterating the earlier order of cognizance dated 20.04.2007, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 21 of 2007 for the offences alleged under Section 420, 406 and 34 IPC.
3. A perusal of the impugned order of cognizance discloses that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has duly

4. In that view of the matter, this Court finds no infirmity in the impugned order of cognizance.
5. The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points at the appropriate stage before the learned Court below.
