2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 204 litres of illicit beer has been recovered from a car.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated it the present case. Name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused persons who were apprehended on the spot along with the vehicle. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question. Petitioner has no concern

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest / surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court No.-II, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Excise P.S.
