In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.17 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner No.1 that he has assaulted the victim by spade. There is no allegation against the petitioner No.2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner No.2 in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand
