The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273, 420, 414, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 36, 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has never indulged with the liquor business and he has no concern with the seized four vehicles, as contained in supplementary affidavit.
