2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogsar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotripic Substances Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 12 bottles of cough syrup containing codeine has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40236 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 case. The entire allegation against the petitioner is false and concocted. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpar/ concerned Court in connection with Jogsar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Jogegsar Police Station District- Bhagalpur on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of
