On getting confidential information regarding presence of two persons in a field of M. S. College along with a stolen motorcycle, police conducted raid and recovered the same while it has been alleged that both two managed to escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.07.2017. Furthermore, from Para-3, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
