JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.66 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a lady and there appears to be over implication in the alleged F.I.R. registered by her nephew, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, she shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
