In the present case, petitioner no.1 is seeking relief for regularization of service of her husband, late Girish Narayan Kunwar whose case was considered for regularization and the same was rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12509 of 2010 (10) dt.02-05-2018 Present case has been filed for regularization of service of her husband, inasmuch should be granted the benefit of compassionate appointment to Amit Kumar Singh, petitioner no.2 as during life time the husband of petitioner no.1 could not be regularized and after his death question of regularization does not arise as dead person cannot be regularized. Hence no benefit of compassionate appointment can be given.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly the same is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U
