The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Teghra P.S. Case No. 355/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Indradev Yadav the informant named the petitioners along with six other accused persons and alleged that on 03.12.2015 while he had gone to plough the land of his landlord in village Banhara, petitioners having armed with different weapons came and assaulted the driver of the tractor with fists and slaps. Amresh Yadav and Kamo Yadav pointed out pistol at the informant and Muso Mian and they were not allowed to plough the land and the accused persons also demanded extortion.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33628 of 2016 (5) dt.21-11-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are old man and they have no manner of concern, but there is specific allegation that the petitioners and others forcibly stopped the informant and other who had gone to plough the land of their landlord and also demanded extortion. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of this order, learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners taking into consideration that other six accused persons have already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 17.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 5736/2016 and dated 21.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 15994/2016 and dispose of the bail petition of the petitioners preferably on the same day.
