2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief:
"for the modification of the order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26571 of 2025 in which this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Nehra P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 lodged under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in which the father's name of the petitioner typed as Dilip Paswan in place of Shravan Paswan."
3. In this case, on 15.05.2025 relief was granted to the petitioner. However, due to the fault on the part of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47811 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 himself, the father's name has been typed in the bail application as Dilip Paswan instead of Shravan Paswan.
4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fault is from his own office for which he shall be depositing Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority in course of the day and the receipt shall be filed in the Court.
5. In that background, the order dated 15.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 26571 of 2025 stands modified. Let the father's name of the petitioner be read as follows:
"Roni Paswan @ Rohani Paswan S/o Shravan Paswan Resident of village-Dahaura, PSManigachhi, District- Darbhanga."
6. Since there has already been delay, the period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
