JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Heard Mr. Shashi Bhushan appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma for the State. In the present writ application the petitioner has raised three grievances. First is with regard to payment of pay scale of Rs. 14940/- to the petitioner. Mr. Singh submits that this grievance is no more as in view of the subsequent decision of this Court the said grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The second grievance with regard to payment of salary of 88 days for conducting special class is concerned, the same has

Patna High Court CWJC No.4713 of 2011(10) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 also been redressed in view of the notification contained in memo no. 7309-7405/18 dated 16.05.208 and third grievance is with regard to payment of G.I.C. and it is submitted that others have been paid the G.I.C. and, as such, there is no difficulty if the respondents University may be directed to pay the same to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent University to examine the claim of the petitioner, so far as G.I.C. is concerned, and if others have been paid the G.I.C., then, the same benefit should be given to the petitioner also and consequential benefit must be given to him within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
