Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Jainendra Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel for the private respondents, jointly submit that there is no instruction from their clients since long. Both Counsel submits that with their repeated efforts they could not come in contact with their clients, as such, they have no instruction at all.

3. It transpires to this Court that this matter is of 2006 and the issue involved in this case has travelled up to Hon'ble Supreme Court and thereafter parties are not in contact with their respective Advocates.

4. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the view that this case be dismissed as not pressed with liberty that when

4/4 clients will contact with their respective Advocates they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of this application.
