This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 11.05.2022, passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Samastipur in Sessions Trial No. 259 of 2021 arising out of Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015, by which, learned Judge has rejected the petition filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As per the prosecution case, two miscreants armed with pistol killed the husband of the informant. Strong prima facie evidence has been found by the learned trial Court to frame charge against the petitioner.
