2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondent authorities to restore the possession of the petitioner on the land bearing Khata No. 13, Khesra No. 454, Area 4 kattha, out of which 2 kattha land has been illegally encroached or take illegal possession by constructing Machan and keeping the paddy straw by the private respondent no. 7 to 11 (in short they were called as Respondent 2nd Party) against whom the petitioner approached to the respondent authorities, but they were sitting tight over the matter and in collusion of them, no any action has been taken in this regard. Further any such other relief/reliefs
Patna High Court CWJC No.10293 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 may be granted to the petitioners in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/competent court for the redressal of her grievance.
