Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Nagar P.S. Case No.100/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 354(A)(ii)(iii), 354(c), 376, 363, 493, 494, 496, 506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest.

By way of referring to part of the F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant was none else, but wife of the petitioner and a false case has been instituted. However, after going through the F.I.R., the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34544 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
