JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present writ petition was initially filed for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to join on the post of Assistant Professor in the Health Department, Government of Bihar (Dentistry Wing), pursuant to an advertisement bearing Advertisement no. 03 of 2018. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit and has submitted that the case of the petitioner was considered and has been rejected vide Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition, however with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the
